What's my size?

We offer a wide range of sizes that can vary according to the style, cut and fabric of each garment. So that you can select the size that best suits you, you have two tools at your disposal, our Size Guide and the available size options in each products.

Are any purchases final sale?

ALL purchases are FINAL due to the products are made to order.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Order processing will take from 3 to 7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

USA & PR Orders estimate delivery is from 3 to 10 business days once shipped.

International Orders estimate delivery is from 10 to 20 business days once shipped.

South America, Middle East and Asia Orders estimate delivery is from 1 to 3 months once shipped.

Where do you ship?

We ship to USA, Puerto Rico and other International Countries.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Verify the checkout page with your full address for the exact shipping cost.

We do our best to get the best shipping rates for clothing items, unfortunately at times the shipping is expensive. This is not in our control but we always try to find the best rate for the customer. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package.

Can I update my shipping address after I have ordered?

If you have incorrectly formatted or entered your address, please contact customer support on info@robgalar.com immediately with your order number and correct shipping address. You have a window of 24 hours for making any changes to your incorrect address.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit the address in time, as some orders ship super fast and we cannot alter an order if it has started shipping.

We will do our best to reach out to the shipping team.

If you fail to communicate a shipping address change before your order is shipped you will have to contact the courier to reroute your order. ROBGALAR.COM is not responsible for shipment to an incorrect address if we are not provided the information prior to dispatch.

If your package fails to be delivered due to an insufficient delivery address the goods will be returned to us. 

Please contact us if this occurs and we will organize a reshipment to an updated shipping address at an additional shipping cost.

Do you offer returns, exchanges or refunds?

Due to the nature of these giveaways, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds. If you have an issue with your order or is damaged, please email us at info@robgalar.com. For more information checkout our Refund Policy.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. 

We also accept PayPal and prepaid gift cards from all major banks.

At this time, we do not accept any form of cryptocurrency.

IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?

Yes, your payment is secure. Our website uses the most up-to-date SSL encryption security techniques. 

The payment provider we work with, Stripe, is Level 1 PCI certified (the highest level attainable) and uses the most up-to-date SSL encryption to ensure all payments are secure.

Pricing Policy

ROBGALAR.COM reserves the right to change the prices of items throughout the store / promotions / campaigns

All our items are priced the same online and will adjust according to the home country chosen. The rate will be adjusted to the local currency and converted to a live exchange rate. 

If is any difference between the prices shown on the website or during any promotions the correct price will always be the price shown at the time of purchase.

Please keep in mind we do not adjust prices for items whose original prices may have been reduced

Gift Cards

The Gift Card is the perfect choice for any occasion. Here's everything you need to know about it.

Virtual gift card: we will send it by email to the address you give us at the time of purchase.

In order to use a Gift Card as a payment method, it needs to be activated.

FEATURES OF A GIFT CARD

  • You can use it online at https://robgalar.com/
  • It is valid only in the market/region in which it was purchased.
  • It is valid for three months.
  • It is a bearer document. ROGALAR will not replace the Gift Card if it is stolen, lost or damaged.
  • If your purchase exceeds the amount on your Gift Card, you can combine it with any other payment method available in your market/region.

CAN I TOP UP A GIFT CARD 

Once your Gift Card has been used up, it cannot be topped up, but you can buy a new one if you wish.

Why haven't I received a confirmation email?

If you have not received the email confirming your purchase, it may be because of one of these reasons:

1. The email has arrived in your spam folder.

2. Your email address is not correct. In this case, you can contact us for a solution.

3. There has been an incident and the payment has not been completed correctly. We will send you an email with a link so you can do it again.

Can my order be delayed?

If we are unable to deliver your order on the estimated delivery date, we will send you an email and you will be able to see the new delivery date in your order details.

Some delays are from the carrier side, this could be to certain delays such as customs, postal service and the weather. 

We will notify you if there is any exceptions or delays. 

If you need to delay an order - please let us know so that we can forward you the full carrier details and tracking number. We are unable to edit an order while it is shipping and only the customer has the right to make those changes.

My order is showing as delivered but I haven't received it?

Missing Package – USPS

If you have not received your order, but it is recorded as delivered, please contact us and we will check more details.

Some carriers update details differently and the system may show it has been delivered while it is still being updated. 

Sometimes a carrier may hide a parcel for safety reasons. If this happens let us know and we will do our best to assist. 

Follow these steps to locate your parcel that’s marked as “delivered” but hasn’t shown up yet:

1st - Double-Check the Delivery Location:

Search around your property, including the front and back doors, porches, garages, and any other spots the package might be left.

Ask your neighbors if they accidentally received your ROBGALAR parcel or if they saw it being delivered.

2nd - Review the Delivery Information:

Check the tracking info and delivery confirmation to make sure it was marked as delivered to the correct address and on the correct date.

Contact the store for your tracking information.

3rd - Contact the Carrier:

Reach out to USPS to confirm where the package was delivered. If you can’t find it, report the missing package to them. You can contact them through their customer service number, website, or by visiting a local office.

Have your tracking number and other relevant details ready.

4th - Request Photo’s and GPS Delivery Coordinates:

Ask for GPS delivery coordinates or a delivery photo (if available) to verify where the package was dropped off.

I haven't received all my items in my orders

Please note that your order may have been split into several deliveries. Check this information in your account, in the order details.

This happens when an item may be out of stock, being received into a warehouse or is being picked from another warehouse. Some items may ship from different International warehouses and may cause orders to be split. 

If you have any questions, you can contact us so that we can check what is happening and solve it.

Wrong or Damaged Product

We're really sorry you received the wrong or a damaged item from the store. That's definitely not what we want for you.

Just get in touch with our support team and they'll help sort everything out for you.

How many entries do I have for the sweepstake?

You will receive an email confirming the total number of entries you earned from your order, based on the products purchased.

Please check both your inbox and spam/junk folders, as the email may be filtered by your provider.

If you haven't received it within 24-48 hours of your purchase, feel free to contact us at info@robgalar.com and we'll gladly assist you.

Does the Sweepstake have rules?

Yes! We do have Official Rules for the sweepstake that every contestant must follow, if not they are automatically discualified. You can find them HERE.

What happens if I win the prize?

If you are selected as the winner of the sweepstake, you will receive an official email from info@robgalar.com with instructions on how to claim your prize.

To receive the prize:

  • You must respond within the time specified in the winner notification email.
  • You must be required to complete a legal affidavit/release form confirming your eligibility and acceptance.
  • You must provide all necessary identification and tax information (such as name, address, and a valid ID).
  • For United States and Puerto Rico residents, you may be required to complete a W-9 tax form.

Important: Winners are responsible for paying any applicable federal, state, or local taxes related to the prize, as required by law.

If the selected winner:

  • Fails to responde
  • Refuses to provide the required information, or
  • Is disqualified for any reason

Then a new winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.
