Orders & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free standard shipping on all orders over $120 or more. For orders under $100, a small shipping fee applies, which will be shown at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase, simply enter your full address at checkout. We work hard to find the best shipping rates available for our customers. While some locations may have higher shipping costs due to carrier pricing, we always strive to offer the most competitive rates possible.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Puerto Rico, including all 50 states and PO Boxes. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. For US territories, we only ship to Puerto Rico. If you have any questions about your location, feel free to contact us at info@robgalar.com.
When will I get my order?

We work quickly to get your order on its way! Order processing takes 3–4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Estimated delivery times after shipment: United States & Puerto Rico: 3–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or carrier delays. During peak seasons, additional processing time may be required.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier.

You can also track your order by logging into your account with the email address used at checkout, where you'll find your current order status and tracking details.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Can I update my shipping address after I have ordered?

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@robgalar.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. Address changes can only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please note that we cannot guarantee changes will be made in time, as some orders are processed and shipped very quickly. Once an order has begun the shipping process, we are unable to make modifications.

If your order has already shipped, you will need to contact the carrier directly to request a reroute. ROBGALAR.COM/ROBGALAR.STORE is not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address if the correct information was not provided before dispatch.

If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, please contact us and we will arrange a reshipment to your updated address. Please note that an additional shipping fee will apply.

Can my order be delayed?

While we work hard to process and ship every order as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur during the preparation and packaging stage. If this happens, we will notify you by email with an update on your order status.

Once your order has been shipped, any delays are outside of our control and are handled directly by the carrier. If your order is taking longer than expected after shipment, we recommend checking your tracking number for the latest updates directly from the carrier, as only they can provide accurate information on the status of your delivery.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes. When entering your shipping address at checkout, make sure to include your full and correct PO Box details to ensure a smooth delivery.
Order Issues
My order is showing as delivered but I haven't received it.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, don't worry, follow these steps:

1. Double-Check the Delivery Location Search around your property, including front and back doors, porches, garages, and nearby areas. Also check with neighbors to see if the package was accidentally delivered to them.

2. Review the Delivery Information Check your tracking details to confirm the package was marked as delivered to the correct address and on the correct date. If you need your tracking information, contact us at info@robgalar.com.

3. Contact the Carrier Reach out to USPS, FEDEX, UPS or other, to confirm the delivery location. If you're unable to locate the package, file a missing package report with them.

4. Request Photos and GPS Delivery Coordinates Ask for GPS delivery coordinates or a delivery photo (if available) to verify exactly where the package was dropped off.

Please note that if your package has been marked as delivered for more than 3 business days and you still haven't received it, contact us at info@robgalar.com with your order number and any evidence gathered, and we will do our best to assist you.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days, what do I do?

If your tracking hasn't been updated in several days, don't worry, this can sometimes happen due to carrier delays or scanning gaps during transit.

Here's what we recommend:

1. Wait 2-3 business days, or up to 30 days, sometimes tracking updates are delayed but the package is still on its way.

2. Contact the carrier directly, they can provide more detailed information on the status of your package. Have your tracking number ready when you call.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, tracking updates are managed by the carrier and are outside of our control.

I didn't receive all my items.

If you ordered multiple items and haven't received all of them, it's possible that your order was split into separate shipments. You can check your order details in your account to see if multiple tracking numbers have been assigned.

If all shipments show as delivered but you're still missing items, please contact us at info@robgalar.com with your order number and we will look into it and make it right as soon as possible.

Wrong or Damaged Products

We're so sorry to hear that you received the wrong or a damaged item, that's definitely not the experience we want for you.

To get this sorted out as quickly as possible, please contact us at info@robgalar.com with the following information:

1. Your order number

2. A description of the issue

3. Photos of the wrong or damaged item

Order Confirmation
Why haven't I received a confirmation email?

If you haven't received your order confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

1. The email may have landed in your spam or promotions folder — please check there first.

2. The email address entered at checkout may be incorrect. If this is the case, please contact us at info@robgalar.com and we'll help you resolve it.

3. Your payment may not have been completed successfully. In this case, you will receive an email with a link to try again.

If none of the above applies, don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@robgalar.com and we'll look into it right away!

My confirmation email went to spam, is my order confirmed?

Yes, your order is confirmed! Confirmation emails can sometimes end up in your spam or promotions folder depending on your email provider.

Here's what we recommend:

1. Check your spam or promotions folder, your confirmation email may be waiting there.

2. Mark us as a trusted sender, add info@robgalar.com to your contacts to ensure future emails land in your inbox.

3. Verify your order in your account, log in with the email used at checkout to view your order details and confirmation status.

Are any purchases Final Sale?

All purchases are final sale. Since every piece is made to order especially for you, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

As all our products are made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

However, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@robgalar.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will do our best to make it right.

At this time, we do not accept ATH Móvil or cryptocurrency.

Do you offer discount codes or promotions?

Yes! We regularly offer promotions and discounts on our products. All active promotions are automatically applied to eligible items at checkout, no code needed.

Additionally, enjoy FREE shipping on all orders of $129 or more. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout once your order reaches the qualifying amount.

Pricing Policy

ROBGALAR.COM/ROBGALAR.STORE reserves the right to adjust item prices throughout the store at any time, including during promotions and campaigns.

All items are priced in USD (United States Dollars). If there is any discrepancy between prices shown on the website or during a promotion, the correct price will always be the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Please note that we do not retroactively adjust prices for items that have been reduced after your purchase.

Gift Cards

A ROBGALAR Gift Card is the perfect choice for any occasion!

Our Gift Cards are virtual and will be sent by email to the address provided at the time of purchase. To use it as a payment method, it must first be activated.

What's my size?
We offer a wide range of sizes that can vary according to the style, cut, and fabric of each garment. To help you find the best fit, you have two tools at your disposal: our Size Guide and the available size options on each product page. If you're still unsure about your size, don't hesitate to contact us, we're happy to help!
Are your products true to size?
Our products are true to size! However, styles marked as Oversized are intentionally designed with a looser, relaxed fit and will run larger than standard sizing. We recommend checking the Size Guide on each product page before placing your order, as fit details are also noted in the product description.
Will out-of-stock items be restocked?

Our products are part of exclusive, limited collections released for a limited time, so restocks are not guaranteed. Once a collection sells out, it may not be available again. We recommend grabbing your favorites as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

If you are selected as the winner, you will receive an official notification email from info@robgalar.com and telephone call, with instructions on how to claim your prize.

If the selected winner fails to respond, refuses to provide the required information, or is disqualified for any reason, a new winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.

What if I Don’t Win?
The purchase of digital art does not guarantee winning a prize. The Giveaway is an additional benefit and winners are selected randomly, with the same opportunity for all registered participants, with verified entries delivered to their emails.
Who are the Participants?

- Any person residing in Puerto Rico or the United States (where permitted by law), who is eighteen (18) years of age or older, or twenty-one (21) years of age or older in some US states, with a valid driver's license.

- Any individual who has received official verified entries through our email info@robgalar.com after completing a valid purchase or through the free methods described in the Official Rules.

- The sweepstakes is open to anyone who supports our projects and receives their verified entries through our official accounts or as a customer on our official website ROBGALAR.store.

The following are EXCLUDED from the sweepstakes, for reasons of transparency, ethics and legal compliance:

- Individuals under eighteen (18) years of age.

- Direct family members, close friends, employees or administrators of this store or the official social media accounts mentioned above.

- US states where sweepstakes are prohibited by law.

What happens if I request a refund or chargeback after participating?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, but in the event of a special case where a REFUND is granted, YOU WILL IMMEDIATELY LOSE YOUR ENTRY, and will be BANNED FROM ANY FUTURE SWEEPSTAKES and PROMOTIONS. YOUR ENTRY WILL BE CANCELLED and ASSIGNED TO ANOTHER PARTICIPANT. If your number is selected as the WINNER, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CLAIM THE PRIZE, because your entry is already cancelled upon reversing the payment AUTOMATICALLY. Your claim will be considered (friendly fraud) and you will be added to our internal high-risk customer list.

If a participant requests a refund, chargeback, dispute or reversal of their purchase, please read the following:

1. FINAL SALES – SWEEPSTAKES BASIS

1.1. All purchases of Digital Arts + Sweepstakes Entries are FINAL SALES.

1.2. Once the Digital Arts are sent to the customer's email and their Entries are assigned, NO refund, cancellation or return of money will be processed, according to our Policies and the Official Sweepstakes Rules.

2. WHEN THE CUSTOMER CLAIMS THE PAYMENT (REFUND, DISPUTE OR CHARGEBACK) with their bank or payment method:

2.1. If the customer, by their own decision, uses the options of their bank, card, PayPal or other payment processor to:

- request a refund,

- open a dispute, or

- initiate a chargeback,

that action is interpreted as a VOLUNTARY CANCELLATION of their participation in the Sweepstakes.

2.2. At the moment the customer claims the payment:

- ALL Entries associated with that order are VOIDED.

- The Entry Number no longer belongs to the customer and becomes available for reassignment to another active participant.

- The customer loses all rights to claim the Sweepstakes and its prizes, even if the voided number is selected as the winner.

3. REQUESTING A REFUND "FOR NOT WINNING" (BEFORE OR AFTER THE SWEEPSTAKES)

3.1. If the customer claims their money BEFORE the Sweepstakes:

- They risk losing their Entries and Entry Number immediately and without any rights to claims if their cancelled number is selected as the winning result.

3.2. If the customer claims their money AFTER the Sweepstakes, alleging that "they did not win" or that "they were not satisfied": In these cases:

- This type of conduct is considered "friendly fraud": the customer receives the digital product and the Entries, and then attempts to recover their money.

- the customer is BANNED from all our future sweepstakes and promotions,

- and is added to the internal high-risk customer list.

4. EVERY PURCHASE IS VOLUNTARY AND PERSONAL

4.1. No person is obligated to purchase or spend a specific amount.

4.2. Each customer decides, of their own free will, how much to invest in our Digital Designs-Digital Arts and in their opportunities according to the current promotion.

4.3. The main product of the transaction is the GRAPHIC DESIGN - DIGITAL ART, which you receive AT THE MOMENT OF YOUR PURCHASE via EMAIL; the Sweepstakes functions as a PROMOTIONAL BONUS subject to clear rules, which the customer accepts upon participating.

5. BAN FOR FUTURE SWEEPSTAKES AND RIGHT OF ADMISSION

5.1. When a customer uses refunds, disputes or chargebacks to attempt to harm the operation, the brand or the Sweepstakes:

- they are removed from the current Sweepstakes,

- and are permanently banned from all our future sweepstakes, promotions and similar dynamics on our website ROBGALAR.com / ROBGALAR.store.

5.2. The company exercises its right of admission and disputes these claims before the payment platform, submitting evidence that:

- the digital product was correctly delivered,

- the Entries were assigned,

- and the customer accepted these conditions at the time of purchase.

6. Upon completing the purchase, the customer accepts and acknowledges:

- the Refund and Cancellation Policies, and

- the Official Sweepstakes Rules, where all of this content is detailed.
